Programming 3.3V PIC with PICKit2 clone (5V) (Ramon)

Hi,Is it possible to program a 3.3V device (18f27j53, SPDIP) using PICKit2 clone which gives 5V at its Vdd pin using the active clamp modification given below? All programming related pins except Vdd of this micro are 5V tolerant. s11.postimg.org/8q2fddr3..
