MPLAB X 5.0 and 5.1 Holding PICKit 3 project in reset after succesful program. (dwhoffman)

Not sure why, but after a successful program the device is held in reset requiring the PICKit 3 to be removed from the device to allow it to operate. THis can get very annoying and I did not encounter this issue in and MPLAB X version prior to 5.0. Is the..
